1. Digital Products

TraidMarket sells digital trading indicators with access for fixed, prepaid periods. Our products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

2. Free Trial

All TraidMarket indicators offer a standard two-day free trial so customers can evaluate their functionality and compatibility before purchasing.

Customers may request an extension of the trial for up to seven days in total. Extensions are granted manually by TraidMarket and are subject to approval.

We encourage customers to evaluate the indicators during the free trial before purchasing.

3. Refunds Before License Activation

Customers may request a full refund at any time before their purchased license has been activated.

This includes situations where the customer has already submitted their Machine ID or used the temporary free-access mode, provided the paid license has not yet been activated.

To request a refund, customers must contact TraidMarket at bobpereztradingindicators@gmail.com.

4. Refunds After License Activation

Once the purchased license has been activated, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are generally not provided for unused portions of an activated access period, changes in trading preferences, or trading results.

Exceptions apply where refunds or other remedies are required by applicable law.

5. Technical Issues

If customers experience problems with installation, license activation, or indicator functionality, they should contact TraidMarket for technical assistance.

Technical support is provided at no additional charge to customers with active licenses.

Technical issues will be reviewed individually, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued through PayPal, normally to the original payment method, subject to PayPal's processing procedures.

The time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on PayPal and the customer's payment provider.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights, statutory remedies, or applicable payment-provider dispute rights available to customers under applicable law.
