Prepaid Indicator Access and Expiration
TraidMarket offers trading indicators with access for a fixed, prepaid period selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
Payment is made as a one-time transaction through PayPal. TraidMarket does not automatically renew access periods or charge recurring subscription fees.
Access to the purchased indicators remains active for the selected period and expires automatically at the end of that period. Once access expires, the indicators stop functioning.
Customers who wish to continue using the indicators must purchase a new access period. No additional payment will be charged automatically.
The access period and applicable price are displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
Free Trial and Refund Policy
TraidMarket offers a free trial period for all trading indicators, allowing customers to evaluate their functionality before purchasing a paid access period.
Customers are encouraged to use the free trial to determine whether the indicators meet their needs and are compatible with their trading setup.
All purchases of prepaid indicator access are final and non-refundable once the purchased access has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
TraidMarket does not provide refunds for unused portions of an access period, changes in trading preferences, or trading results, except where required by applicable law.
If a customer experiences a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased indicator, they should contact TraidMarket for assistance.
License Activation, Machine ID, and Access Period
After completing payment through PayPal, customers must provide their Machine ID to request activation of their purchased trading indicator license.
The purchased access period begins on the date of payment, not on the date of manual license activation.
Following payment, the indicator operates in a temporary two-day free-access mode while the customer submits their Machine ID and the license activation is processed.
Paid licenses are currently activated manually by TraidMarket after the required Machine ID has been received and verified.
License activation is normally completed on the same day the Machine ID is received. However, activation times may vary, and same-day activation is not guaranteed.
Activation is not immediate or automatic upon payment.
If the two-day temporary access period expires before the paid license has been activated, the indicator will stop functioning until license activation is completed.
The purchased access period continues to run while activation is pending. Customers should submit their Machine ID promptly to avoid interruptions in access.
The license expires automatically at the end of the purchased access period. Continued use requires purchasing a new access period.
License Transfer to Another Computer
Customers may request the transfer of an active indicator license to another computer if their Machine ID changes.
License transfers are provided at no additional charge during the purchased access period.
Customers must contact TraidMarket and provide the new Machine ID to request the transfer.
License transfers are processed manually. Transferring a license does not extend or restart the original access period.
Each indicator license is valid for use on one computer at a time. Simultaneous use of the same license on multiple computers is not permitted.
When a license is transferred to a new computer, the previous computer is no longer authorized to use that license.
Technical Support
TraidMarket provides technical support at no additional charge to customers with an active indicator license.
Technical support includes assistance with indicator installation, license activation, Machine ID changes, and technical issues related to the operation of TraidMarket indicators.
Support is provided upon request and does not guarantee compatibility with every computer configuration or third-party software environment.
Technical support does not include personalized trading advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of trading performance.
